Person Wanted For Stealing Snow Plow In Suffolk

Police investigators on Long Island are seeking the public’s assistance in tracking down a snowplow that was stolen from a bus depot.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers issued an alert as they attempt to locate the suspects who stole a snowplow in Middle Island.

Police said that an eight-foot Western PRO PLUS snowplow was taken directly from the yard of First Student Charter Bus Rental on Miller Place-Yaphank Road at approximately midnight on Sunday, Jan. 19.

After stealing the snowplow, the suspects fled in a light-colored pick-up truck, police said.

Anyone with information regarding the stolen snowplow has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or by submitting an anonymous tip online.
